呵呵，这个简单！
在全局模式下输入命令：reset saved-configuration——清除已保存的配置
reboot——重启
举例：
<huawei>reset saved-configuration
<huawei>reboot
重启之后什么都没有了……不过你之前的用户名和密码还有效，可以使用以下命令删除：在系统模式下 undo 用户名
举例：
[huawei]undo admin——删除用户（包括登录密码）。

Cat2950#show vlan
第二步：察看Flash中的文件名称（交换机的配置文件和ios都保存在Flash中）
Cat2950#dir flash: 看一下VLAN文件在FLASH里的具体名称，一般的都是VLAN.DAT
第三步：删除vlan.dat （交换机的VLAN信息保存在vlan.dat中）
Cat2950#delete flash:vlan.dat

在开机到系统自检按住ctrl+b可以进入设置,里面有设置选项即可清楚password;

通过查找本论坛以前的帖子，问题加以解决
感谢华为H92538
能够通过console口登陆设备，如果可以登陆在用户视图下通过命令delete /u vrpcfg.cfg，然后再重新启动，恢复出厂配置。
如果console口也设置了密码，无法登陆，只能重新启动交换机，在提示的时候按ctrl+b进入bootroom，选择delete file from flash，进去之后选择文件vrpcfg.cfg并删除掉，即可恢复出厂配置。
解决过程：
Press Ctrl-B to enter Boot Menu... 4
Password :
BOOT MENU
1. Download application file to flash
2. Select application file to boot
3. Display all files in flash
4. Delete file from Flash
5. Modify bootrom password
0. Reboot

楼上第一位说的是超级密码, 是指从一级或者二级权限切换到三级权限所需要的密码.
楼上第二位说的纯粹是cisco交换机的配置, 与华为/华三的设备是不一样的.
要实现console需要密码的功能, 有两大步:
1 先建一个用户,
local-user test
service-type terminal level 3 //这个terminal就是通过超级终端
登陆
password simple test
2 在用户模式设置验证类型
user-interface aux 0
authentication-mode scheme //这需要用户名和密码对我有帮助
